Consultation
The Process begins with a home visit by Dave Dexter, who brings over 30 years of award winning design build experience to the table. Your needs and preferences are discussed and your property's unique conditions are carefully assessed.

Design
Based on the assessment, a fee for the design will be provided for your approval. Upon agreement, a detailed hand drawn design will be created and presented for review. You then have the option of simply purchasing the design for the agreed upon fee or you can have our experienced team of experts install the landscape under Dave's supervision. This will guarantee the best possible result.

Installation
You will be provided with detailed pricing for various areas of the project including options for you to consider. This will enable you to phase the project as your budget allows. With your approval of the quotation, we will submit a detailed contract, project schedule and selection of materials. The project will then be expertly carried out by our team, start to finish.

Quality and Efficiency
Our company prides itself on efficiency of installation as well as quality of workmanship.  All plants, trees and landscape materials are carefully selected by your designer.

Guarantee
It is our goal to meet your expectations. Therefore, the project is complete only when you are satisfied with the results. All workmanship and materials (except where specified) are guaranteed for one full year.
